How to become a participant.

A participant can be a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, who has passed the registration procedure, placed his information on selling/buying goods/services and finally approved to this category by administrator.

To become a participant of the portal a visitor needs to get through the following steps: 1.Register yourself.
2. Filling in the information form in the Participants of the portal section.
3. Filling the advertising form for each product / service.

The correctness of any entered information is examined by the administrator. After Its approval all information is posted on the portal. Participants of the portal can place their advertizing material in the form of a banner, block or an article

To place any advertisement a participant of the portal is required:
1.To set up The Contract for advertising.
2. To send your promotional material in to the portal.
3. To pay the advertising fee.
Given promotional material is placed on the portal only after payment confirmation.

Please notice It is important not only to fill in the information form of the portal participant but It is also necessary and highly recommended to place your offers (ads) in the relevant sections of the Catalogue. Search for commercial proposals, products and services is exercised through corresponding sections of The Catalogue by key words, that are the names of provided goods/services. Therefore If there are no advertisements of your products in The Catalogue there is no or little opportunity to find any information on your business. Partition and repetition of these names in any following descriptions of advertised products is totally approved as It will greatly enrich the ways for your goods and services promotion.

All registered visitors of the portal can be found in The participants of the portal.

 Ad Placement

Before completing any ad form we encourage you to study the contents of The Catalogue on the main page or in the Site map. This step will be helpful to define the most suitable sections for your business ad. After viewing the catalogue and filling in the information form at the Participants of the portal, please continue by clicking Add your advertisement and fill in the form that appears. There is no necessity in waiting for your registration being approved by the administrator. You can immediately start filling in the ads forms as all your ads will be automatically activated and placed on the portal after our checking procedure. It is highly recommended to place your ads in all sections of the catalogue correspondingly to your products and services.This will significantly increase the opportunity to find potential buyers for your suggestions.
If you want to sell products / services, select the button Supply
If you want to buy products / services, select the button Demand.
In the Section window, from the catalogue that appears choose the lowest (right) level (it is marked by double arrows) for naming a product / service appropriate for your proposal.
In the Text please give any information that is characteristic of your product / service. We recommend you to repeat the name of your product / service in any description for better organizing of the catalogue search by words.
To provide more detailed information about your proposal, you can add photos and other data in the attached file (the price list, technical specifications, brochures, etc.).
In Forest products section it is possible to specify the name of the breed, if necessary.
In machines, equipment and materials section you must specify the condition by clicking new or used buttons.
In the window Expiry date choose any suitable period.

After filling up the advertising form with detailed information click Save. A new empty ad form appears immediately.Having your work finished you can use the Personal Room for observing the list of your advertisements in both supply and demand sections. The Personal Room allows you to view, edit, delete, activate and cancel given information.

During the period of filling Belwood.by with business information and its promotion in networks search, all services for commercial information distribution are free of charge for the residents of the Republic of Belarus until 1 July 2010, regardless of its number.

Advertising

 It is possible to place any promotional material in the form of a banner, block or advertising article. For distribution of any advertizing material on the portal pages it is necessary

• to conclude a supplementary agreement on services to the Contract,
• to provide the administrator with your promotional material,
• to pay the advertising fee.

 We accept banners in the swf, Gif, Jpeg formats no larger than 160 * 160 px, 468 * 60 px, and 1000 (100%) * 50 px. You can use ready-made banners if you have such as well as to order it on the portal by providing the desired material .

The period of filling the Catalogue with information and promoting of Belwood.by the members of the Republican Timber Association can place its promotional material free of charge.

Advertisements in Labor Market

To post vacancy announcements (specifying necessary requirements for the candidate) the Participants of the portal need to fill in the form disposed in The Catalogue. Labor Market, Demand. applicants (individuals) need to fill the feedback form indicating all the necessary information about yourself (Brief CV).This information will be available in The Catalogue,Labor Market, Proposals.
